Automation of Pellet Production [Strand Type]

We have set up a test line for the construction of pellet automatic production equipment!

At Tanaka Corporation, we have recently established a test line at our facility (Yao Plant) in collaboration with Nippon Steel Corporation and Nikkō YPK Trading Co., Ltd. for the construction of automated pellet production equipment. Although this equipment is not yet fully completed as an automated system, we intend to enhance its completeness based on customer feedback. As labor-saving and material loss reduction are pressing issues, we hope this will assist your company in future equipment considerations.
